These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria and each party shall have the right to appoint one arbitrator and the 3rd person shall be jointly appointed on the agreement of both parties. All proceedings of the arbitration shall be in line with the Rules of arbitration and conciliation law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ebocab regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
